Our journey to alcohol-free living began with our first mocktail recipe book, Drinking for Two: Nutritious Mocktails for the Mom-to-Be.
As we became more aware of how obsessed our culture is with alcohol, and started to learn more about the health benefits of reducing alcohol intake (and experience them ourselves) we decided that we wanted to help others explore their relationship with alcohol, too.
Of course, as dietitians, we like to put our own healthy twist on non-alcoholic beverages and alcohol-free living!
